No overload for GetNearby with Lat+Lon+Layer

Hi, thanks for the library!

I'm looking for some guidance.  While trying to use GetNearby, I assumed it would require a Layer parameter... but the overload that takes Lat+Lon does NOT take a layer.

If I look into the code the overload indeed does do a chain call to the other overload that does take a layer... however that parameter gets passed as null/nothing...

So no big deal... I can do a quick patch... but it leads me to 3 questions:

1)Is there any other way to set the Layer for the client?

2)Do you want my patch or do you want me to be a contributor?

3)And lastly, sort of a leading questions -If you DO want me to contribute is there any chance this project will ever get converted to c# [I would be willing to convert it to c# if you want].

Ooops, sorry, I totally overlooked your other overload somehow or I was looking at an old version or something.  I looks like the current version actually DOES have an overload that takes Lat+Lon+Layer.  Sorry about that!  Not sure how I missed that =).  -Mat
